The Story Of Extreme Blaster Exhaust

My name is Kevin Jarrell, owner and sole fabricator at Extreme Blaster Exhaust. I design, build and test each pipe model so that you can get the most out of your machine.
How Extreme Blaster Exhaust came to be.
I’ve been in love with anything that had a motor such as ATV’s, dune buggies, and off-road trucks since I was young. Motorcycles, however, have always been at the top of that list. I purchased a new Suzuki GSXR 1000 motorcycle and was very impressed with the performance but not impressed with the tone. Utilizing my engineering background in ultrasonic and sonic sound waves, sound reproduction and engineering, plumbing, fluid dynamics and quality control engineering, I began to work on my first exhaust pipe.
I opted for a 4” Supertrapp design with disk technology rather than spending the money on a fuel controller. I retained all of the torque and throttle response of the stock design which is typically lost from open pipe designs and added horsepower with excellent tone. I was thrilled with the results and the business ideas began to flow from there.
In 2008, I created Extremeblaster Exhaust and since then have designed six different exhaust models for 90 different motorcycles. My main focus was to design an exhaust model that would appeal to all riders in style and tone. Also making them adjustable in sound and performance without the need for a fuel controller or ECU re-flash.
Three of my models have Supertrapp technology. The 4” glass packed XB08 disk pipe, 3” baffled XB08SS disk pipe that feature numerous adjustable options, and the 3” disk pipe XB06 without a baffled enclosure.
Three additional models are open pipe and are made adjustable to run without a fuel controller which provide the required back pressure for proper fuel mixture, torque, and throttle response. The 4” XB comes with an optional sound arrester. The 3” XBSS baffled slash cut includes a baffle plug that can be installed in one of the four rear baffle plate holes to reduce unwanted popping or backfiring. The 2.5” XBST open pipe slash cut has a thin baffle and optional sound arrester that is fully adjustable to increase or decrease back pressure and tone.
The XB08 and XB are both available in polished stainless and black powder coat. The remaining models are available in chrome finish or black coating. Each pipe receives a blasted substrate prior to coating.
Please message me for any custom applications. If your motorcycle is not included on my website list, I still may have a design for it or I may be able to customize one specifically for your motorcycle.
The word spread, more pipes were made and soon after in 2008, Extreme Blaster Exhaust was born!
